Longevity sells digital fitness programs, subscription access, workout videos, printable trackers, educational content, and member community access.
Because our products are digital and access can begin immediately after purchase, we do not accept physical returns.
Digital Products and Membership Access
After purchase, customers may receive access to digital content such as workout plans, exercise videos, monthly training blocks, printable checklists, and/or member community features.
Once digital content has been accessed, downloaded, viewed, or delivered, refunds are generally not available unless there is a technical issue we cannot resolve, a duplicate charge, or another clear billing error.

Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable after access has been granted:

- downloadable PDFs or checklists
- exercise videos
- membership access
- community access
- monthly training blocks
- subscription periods already started

If you cannot access your purchased content, please contact us first. We will try to fix the issue, resend access information, or provide an alternative access method
